Our management team consists of the highest managers and director’s in the organization. It is not just a collection of top managers, but also a team whose results are leveraged by increased cooperation and teamwork encompassing all the different functions of the organization.
Paul is the Director and Founder of Unique Support Services since the early stages of development in 2016. He demonstrates people management and leadership skills with a strong ability to effectively use resources to build relationships and achieve quality outcomes for clients and their families.
Prior to Unique Support’s development, Paul worked as a manager at advanced childcare as well as spending time in the British Army. These positions allowed him to build discipline and establish an initial foundation as well as a keen interest within the service support industry.
Karen is a Director and Founder of Unique Support Services since the early stages of development in 2016. She has 30 years experience working within mental health plus a degree in mental health. She is driven by her belief in a client centered approach and the individuals abilities to reach their goals in life.
She has management experience and has been involved in the development of appropriate services for women with mental health issues whilst working in the UK.
Sibby is the Operations Manager and a Specialised Support Coordinator of Unique Support since early development. She has worked within the disability sector for over 10 years, roles have included local coordinator, disability advocate, and working with Disabilities and Mental Health within the criminal justice system as well as CPFS.
Previous roles have included being a teacher, assessor and working for organisations promoting rights for those most vulnerable members of our society.
